We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 PZ9532929 We provide this website to subscribing homeowners, agencies and developers to display properties and assist in the arranging of viewing appointments by use of the online viewing management system.
The pages on the Eviewer website contain general information based on Scots law and although Eviewer endeavours to ensure that the information it supplies (which does not include property details which are supplied by third parties) on the pages of the Eviewer website is accurate, no warranty of any kind is given nor any representation made with regard to their veracity, accuracy or completeness, and the information is general in its terms and cannot be relied upon. The details on the Eviewer website are for information only, and are not intended to provide formal legal or other professional advice. You agree that you will not use the Eviewer Website to:

By posting content to the Eviewer Web Site, you grant Eviewer a non-exclusive license to (i) host, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, combine with information provided by third parties, and publicly display such content on and through websites controlled by Eviewer, including but not limited to the Eviewer Website, and co-branded or mirrored versions of such sites, and in Eviewer's promotional or advertising materials, and (ii) sublicense to third parties such content to the extent necessary for the creation and maintenance of, in part or in whole, such sites.
All property details posted by you must conform with The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 (as amended). You acknowledge that while Eviewer does not pre-screen content posted by you to the Eviewer Website, Eviewer and its agents shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is posted by you or any other party to the Eviewer Website. Without limiting the foregoing, Eviewer and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is in the reasonable opinion of Eviewer otherwise objectionable, and to terminate your access to any or all of the Eviewer Website at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. You agree to evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content you post to the Eviewer Website, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
By posting a property on to the Eviewer website you agree to ensure that all of your relevant property accounts are in a positive balance for sms text credits for use by homeseekers in the automated booking and alert services.Properties with insufficient credits will be withdrawn from general view until a positive balance is restored.
It should be noted that SMS text credits are allocated per property and when a property is withdrawn from general view on the eviewer website, sms text alerts from board reference advertising will also cease.
Eviewer reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting content to the Eviewer Website, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to such content including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit such content.
5. USE OF VIEWERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a Seller you must only use the distributed Viewer Information sent to you (or your agent) during the scheduling process for the purpose of confirming, cancelling or rejecting a viewing appointment. The Viewers' information may not in part or whole be passed, sold, transferred or copied to any third parties unless legally obliged to do so, or authorised by you to do so.
6.INDEMNIFICATION
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD EVIEWER AND ITS, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE LEGAL FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO EVIEWER SOLICITED INFORMATION, AFFILIATE SOLICITED INFORMATION, AND YOUR PUBLICLY POSTED INFORMATION, SUBMITTED, POSTED, OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY YOU TO THE EVIEWER WEBSITE AND/OR EVIEWER AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES.
