While administering booking of appointments to view properties, registering with eviewer also enables homeseekers to be alerted by email or SMS messaging of new properties on-line.
Do I pay for anything?
No, your registration will take a few minutes of your time and will cost you nothing. The SMS and email alerts are sent out through eviewer on behalf of homeowners and property agents.
Data Protection
Eviewer takes the issue of data protection very seriously and all information is kept in a secure server database.
As a registered user of eviewer any details held are used only for generating email/SMS alerts and are not released, sold or issued to any third party (unless legally obliged to do so). All sellers receive your mobile telephone number and email address once you schedule a property viewing and may use the details to contact you in the case of emergencies, cancellations etc.
As a data operator, eviewer has a responsibility to minimise outgoing email and SMS messages thereby restricting mass mailings which may be construed as "spamming".
What else should I know?
